You have the option to request an exchange or return of your purchase within a maximum period of 30 days from the date your order was placed. For the exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition, with its original tag and packaging.

Should any of the accessories arrive in poor condition, you can activate the corresponding warranty, which covers a period of 10 days.

If the size you need is not available at the time of exchange, we will offer you the option of a refund or waiting until the product is available in the desired size.
