• We recommend storing your accessories in an airtight plastic bag to prevent tarnishing or scratching.

• Avoid contact with water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat, and humidity, as these can cause discoloration and affect the jewelry's finish.

You have the option to request an exchange or return for your purchase within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your order. For the exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition, with its original tag and packaging.

Should any of the accessories arrive in poor condition, you can activate the corresponding warranty, which covers a period of 10 days.

If we do not have the size you need at the time of exchange, we will offer you the option of a refund or waiting until the product is available in the desired size.
